MK-0812

MK-0812 is an antagonist of chemokine (C-C) motif receptor 2 (CCR2, IC50 = 5 nM for the human receptor). It inhibits mammosphere formation of BT-549 breast cancer cells, an effect that is enhanced by the beta-catenin inhibitor PNU 74654 (Cay-16349).
