Lomibuvir

Lomibuvir is a non-nucleoside inhibitor of the RNA-directed RNA polymerase of hepatitis C virus (HCV, Ki = 17 nM) that inhibits primer-dependent RNA synthesis selectively over de novo RNA synthesis.
