Liranaftate

Liranaftate is a thiocarbamate antifungal agent. It is active against T. rubrum (MIC = 0. g/ml). Liranaftate inhibits lung epithelial cell ferroptosis and malondialdehyde (MDA) production and reduces lung IL-6, IL-1beta, and TNF-alpha levels in a mouse model of acute lung injury induced by paraquat (Cay-38521).
