An anti-neoplastic, immuno modulating agent which is used as an adjuvant in colon cancer therapy. It selectively induces apoptosis and growth arrest in cultured human micro-and macro vascular endothelial cells. In experimental animals, Levamisole reduces both the number and size of tumors in the colon and buccal pouch.
