L-Moses (hydrochloride)

L-Moses is an inhibitor of the p300/CBP-associated factor (PCAF) bromodomain (Kd = 126 nM). It is selective for PCAF over GCN5 (Kd = 600 nM) and >4,500-fold selective for PCAF over BRD4.
