HyNic NHS ester is a heterobifunctional linker molecule. It contains an amine-reactive N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) moiety and a hydrazine moiety that reacts with the aldehyde functional group in SFB (succinimidyl 4-formylbenzoate, Item No. 30477) to form a bis-aryl hydrazone linker that is quantifiable spectrophotometrically at 354 nm.
