Indocarbocyanine dye used typically as a laser dye in the near infrared (NIR). Spectral data: Absorption: lambdamax 740nm (MeOH, EtOH) and 751nm (DMSO), Fluorescence: lambdamax 778nm (MeOH, EtOH) and 792nm (DMSO). This laser dye is for pulsed and continuous wave operation and tunable around 840-860nm.
