Ginkgotoxin

Ginkgotoxin is a pyridoxine antimetabolite that has been found in G. biloba. It inhibits pyridoxal kinase (Ki = 3 µM), the enzyme that converts pyridoxine into its active form, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (PLP, Cay-20352).
