Description: FITC-PEG-N3 (MW 400) is an azide-containing fluorescent dye that incorporates polyethylene glycol (PEG) and FITC. Serving as a click chemistry reagent, it features azide groups enabling copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) reactions with alkyne-containing molecules. Additionally, it can participate in strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules featuring DBCO or BCN groups.
