Encelimab

Description: Encelimab, an anti-LAG3 monoclonal antibody, prevents the interaction between LAG-3 and MHC class II molecules, thereby facilitating the activation of T-cells and promoting an enhanced anti-tumor immune response. Encelimab demonstrates efficacy in preclinical models, as it has been observed to reduce tumor burden when administered either as a monotherapy or in conjunction with an anti-PD-1 antibody in lymphoma mouse models, specifically the A20 cell xenograft model.
