Description: Ebselen oxide (EB-2), a novel variant of HER2 inhibitor for HER2-positive cancers, is an EB-1 analog with antibacterial and antifungal activity, and has shown cytoprotective effects in vitro in addition to cytoprotective effects against HN2.Ebselen oxide inhibits alginate production by Pseudomonas aeruginosa and inhibits HDAC1, HDAC3, HDAC3, and HDAC3. Ebselen oxide inhibits alginate production by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, inhibits HDAC1, HDAC3, HDAC4, HDAC5, HDAC6, HDAC7, HDAC8, and HDAC9, and can be used in the study of fungal infections.
