DMA (hydrochloride)

DMA is a bisbenzimidazole radioprotective agent. In vivo, DMA (300 mg/kg) decreases radiation-induced lethality without affecting radiation-induced tumor regression in an Ehrlich murine spontaneous adenocarcinoma model.
