CD1530 is a selective retinoic acid receptor (RARgamma) agonist (Kds = 150, 1,500, and 2,750 nM for RARgamma, RARbeta, and RARalpha receptors, respectively). It demonstrates transcriptional activity at RARgamma with an AC50 value of 1.8 nM.
