BI-1347 is an inhibitor of Cdk8 and Cdk19 (IC50s = 1. and 1. nM, respectively). It is selective for Cdk8 and Cdk19 over Cdk1, -2, -4, -6, -7, and -9 and a panel of 318 additional kinases at 1 µM. In vivo, BI-1347 (10 mg/kg) reduces tumor volume in an MV4-11 mouse xenograft model.
