Baccatin VI

Baccatin VI is a taxane that has been found in T. baccata and has microtubule-stabilizing and antinociceptive activities. It inhibits cold-induced microtubule depolymerization with half-maximal inhibitory dose (ID50) values of 70 and 100 µM for isolated porcine brain and P. polycephalum microtubules, respectively.
