8-Hydroxyguanosine

8-Hydroxyguanosine is an oxidized nucleoside and a marker of RNA oxidative damage. Levels of 8-hydroxyguanosine increase in HeLa cells in a concentration-dependent manner when cultured with hydrogen peroxide.
