Description: 3-Hydroxyanthranilic acid is a tryptophan metabolite in the kynurenine pathway. It has been found in human epidermis and bladder tissue and has been detected in a variety of biological fluids such as urine and blood. Within cells, it is primarily located in the cytoplasm.
