LILRB1 Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles ready to transduce most mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These viruses result in the expression of LILRB1 (leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily B member 1) (NP_006660.4) driven by a CMV promoter.
