Product information "LAG3 Lentivirus"
LAG3 Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles ready to transduce most mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These viruses result in the expression of LAG3 (lymphocyte-activation gene 3) (NM_002286.6), also known as CD223, driven by an EF1a promoter.
