Anti-GPC3 CAR Lentivirus (Clone GC33-CD28TM-41BB-CD3zeta)

Anti-GPC3 CAR Lentivirus (Clone GC33-CD28TM-41BB-CD3zeta) are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles ready to transduce all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These viruses transduce the ScFv portion of anti-GPC3 (glypican 3) (clone GC33) linked to a 2nd generation CAR (Chimeric Antigen Receptor), containing an IgG1 short hinge and CD28 transmembrane domain, 4-1BB and CD3zeta signaling domains (Figure 1). These lentiviruses have been validated by flow cytometry (to determine the CAR expression) and in co-culture cytotoxicity assays. A. B.
