Tissue Protein Lysate produced under consistent processing conditions to ensure intact structure and original nature. Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates and presents a consistent pattern on SDS-PAGE analysis. Applications:  Electrophoresis, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation,  Enzymatic Activity,  Protein-DNA Interaction,  Protein-Protein Interaction,  Tissue-Specific Expression Identification, Additional Data Supplied: All tissue protein samples are supplied with verified donor age and sex. , Storage and Stability: For continuous use, store at 4°C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -70°C. Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
