Permanent murine cell lines of fast and slow skeletal myocyte derivation. Positive Transcription Factors: Western Blot:, Myf-4, Sp1, Sp3, TFIIB, EMSA: E12/E47, Myf-3 (MyoD), Sp1, Storage and Stability: For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
