TROP2 Knockout MCF7 Cell Line is an MCF7 breast cancer cell line in which human TROP2 (Trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 or TACSTD2) has been genetically removed using CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing with a lentivirus encoding CRISPR/Cas9 gene and sgRNA (single guide RNA) targeting human TROP2. This cell line has been validated by genomic sequencing and flow cytometry.
