Recombinant CHO-K1 cells stably overexpress Homo sapiens T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT) on the surface. The surface expression of TIGIT is validated by FACS analysis. This cell line is recommended for cell-based binding assay to screen antibodies against human TIGIT or to measure binding affinity between TIGIT and anti-TIGIT antibodies.
