Receptor II For The Fc Region of Immunoglobulin G (FcgRII) BioAssayT ELISA Kit (Human) is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of FcgRII in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 46.88-3,000pg/ml, Sensitivity: 15.25pg/ml, Storage and Stability: Desiccation recommended. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20°C upon receipt. Store all other reagents at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt of order.
