This immunoassay kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of PRAME concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Sensitivity: 0.094ng/ml, Range: 0.156-10ng/ml, Detection Method: Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody, Storage and Stability: Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Sample Type: Serum, plasma and other biological fluids
