Sandwich ELISA quantitative detection kit for Human MIA in cell culture supernates, serum, plasma... more
Product information "MIA BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit, Human"
Sandwich ELISA quantitative detection kit for Human MIA in cell culture supernates, serum, plasma (heparin, EDTA) and saliva. Melanoma Inhibiting Activity (MIA), also known as cartilage-derived retinoic acid-sensitive protein (CD-RAP), is an approximately 11-15kD protein that is expressed as a noncovalent homodimer. MIA is structurally related to OTOR/Otoraplin and MIA-2 in a small family of secreted proteins with one SH3 domain (1-3). And the MIA gene was mapped to 19q13.32-q13.33 by fluorescence in situ hybridization. Beside, It is a marker for malignant melanoma. MIA functions as a chemoattractant for mesenchymal stem cells and enhances their BMP-2 and TGF-beta3 induced differentiation into chondrocytes . MIA-deficient mice exhibit delayed chondrocyte differentiation but enhanced chondrocyte proliferation and cartilage repair . , Assay Range:, 15.6pg/ml-1000pg/ml, Sensitivity: < 10 pg/ml, Crossreactivity: There is no detectable cross-reactivity with other relevant proteins. Uniprot ID: Q16674, Entrez Gene ID: 8190, Kit Components: 96-well plate pre-coated with anti-MIA, Human, Lyophilized recombinant MIA, Human standard, 10ng/tube, 2Ea, USB Cat No Kit Component, 143696 Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex (ABC), 130ul (1:100 dilution), 143697 Sample diluent buffer, 30ml, 143698 Antibody diluent buffer, 12ml, 143699 ABC diluent buffer, 12ml, 143700 TMB color developing agent, 10ml, 143701 TMB stop solution, 10ml, Storage and Handling: Store at 4°C for 6 months, at -20°C for 12 months.
