The Human SPTBN1 (Spectrin beta chain, non-erythrocytic 1) ELISA Kit accurately measures natural Human SPTBN1 (Spectrin beta chain, non-erythrocytic 1) levels quantified versus standard curves obtained and is based on antibodies raised against a recombinant Human SPTBN1 (Spectrin beta chain, non-erythrocytic 1) peptide. Protein function: Fodrin, which seems to be involved in secretion, interacts with calmodulin in a calcium-dependent manner and is thus candidate for the calcium-dependent movement of the cytoskeleton at the membrane.
