Human OLFM1 (Olfactomedin-1) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a pre-coated immunoassay with a high sensitivity and broad range and has been designed to measure Human OLFM1 (Olfactomedin-1) in serum, plasma & cell culture supernatant samples. The Human OLFM1 (Olfactomedin-1) ELISA Kit accurately measures natural Human OLFM1 (Olfactomedin-1) levels quantified versus standard curves obtained and is based on antibodies raised against a recombinant Human OLFM1 (Olfactomedin-1) peptide. Protein function: Contributes to the regulation of axonal growth in the embryonic and adult central nervous system by inhibiting interactions between RTN4R and LINGO1. Inhibits RTN4R-mediated axon growth cone collapse. May play an important role in regulating the production of neural crest cells by the neural tube. May be required for normal responses to olfactory stimuli. [The UniProt Consortium]
