Human EXTL3 (Exostosin-like 3) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a pre-coated immunoassay with a high sensitivity and broad range and has been designed to measure Human EXTL3 (Exostosin-like 3) in serum, plasma & cell culture supernatant samples. The Human EXTL3 (Exostosin-like 3) ELISA Kit accurately measures natural Human EXTL3 (Exostosin-like 3) levels quantified versus standard curves obtained and is based on antibodies raised against a recombinant Human EXTL3 (Exostosin-like 3) peptide. Protein function: Glycosyltransferase which regulates the biosynthesis of heparan sulfate (HS). Important for both skeletal development and hematopoiesis, through the formation of HS proteoglycans (HSPGs) (PubMed:28132690, PubMed:28148688). Required for the function of REG3A in regulating keratinocyte proliferation and differentiation (PubMed:22727489). [The UniProt Consortium]
