Human ETS1 (Protein C-ets-1) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a pre-coated immunoassay with a high sensitivity and broad range and has been designed to measure Human ETS1 (Protein C-ets-1) in serum, plasma & cell culture supernatant samples. The Human ETS1 (Protein C-ets-1) ELISA Kit accurately measures natural Human ETS1 (Protein C-ets-1) levels quantified versus standard curves obtained and is based on antibodies raised against a recombinant Human ETS1 (Protein C-ets-1) peptide. Protein function: Transcription factor. Directly controls the expression of cytokine and chemokine genes in a wide variety of different cellular contexts. May control the differentiation, survival and proliferation of lymphoid cells. May also regulate angiogenesis through regulation of expression of genes controlling endothelial cell migration and invasion. [The UniProt Consortium]
