Human ERAP2 (Endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 2) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a pre-coated immunoassay with a high sensitivity and broad range and has been designed to measure Human ERAP2 (Endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 2) in serum, plasma & cell culture supernatant samples. The Human ERAP2 (Endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 2) ELISA Kit accurately measures natural Human ERAP2 (Endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 2) levels quantified versus standard curves obtained and is based on antibodies raised against a recombinant Human ERAP2 (Endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 2) peptide. Protein function: Aminopeptidase that plays a central role in peptide trimming, a step required for the generation of most HLA class I-binding peptides. Peptide trimming is essential to customize longer precursor peptides to fit them to the correct length required for presentation on MHC class I molecules.
