Product information "Human CD39 (Cluster of differentiation CD 39) Microsample ELISA Kit"
The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CD39. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Human CD39. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Human CD39, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Human CD39 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.Detection Range: 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 12.3 pg/mL. Assay Type: Sandwich. Standard: 2000 pg/mL. Sample Type: sserum, plasma and biological fluids. Assay duration: 3.5h. Protein Function: Catalyzes the hydrolysis of both di- and triphosphate nucleotides (NDPs and NTPs) and hydrolyze NTPs to nucleotide monophosphates (NMPs) in two distinct successive phosphate-releasing steps, with NDPs as intermediates and participates in the regulation of extracellular levels of nucleotides (Probable) (PubMed:8529670, PubMed:8626624, PubMed:8955160, PubMed:8996251). By hydrolyzing proinflammatory ATP and platelet-activating ADP to AMP, it blocks platelet aggregation and supports blood flow (PubMed:8955160, PubMed:8996251) [The Uniprot Consortium]
