Glutamate Receptor, Ionotropic, AMPA 1 (GRIA1) BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit (Human) is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of GRIA1 in human tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 0.312-20ng/ml, Sensitivity: 0.117ng/ml, Storage and Stability: Desiccation recommended. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20°C upon receipt. Store all other reagents at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt of order.
