Fatty Acid Desaturase 2 (FADS2) BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit (Human) is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for the in vitro quantitative measurement of FADS2 in human tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 6.9-5,000pg/ml, Sensitivity: 2.8pg/ml, Storage and Stability: Desiccation recommended. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20°C upon receipt. Store all other reagents at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt of order.
