Canine ICAM-1 (Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 1) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a pre-coated immunoassay with a high sensitivity and broad range and has been designed to measure Canine ICAM-1 (Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 1) in serum, plasma & cell culture supernatant samples. The Canine ICAM-1 (Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 1) ELISA Kit accurately measures natural Canine ICAM-1 (Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 1) levels quantified versus standard curves obtained and is based on antibodies raised against a recombinant Canine ICAM-1 (Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 1) peptide. Protein function: ICAM proteins are ligands for the leukocyte adhesion protein LFA-1 (integrin alpha-L/beta-2). During leukocyte trans-endothelial migration, ICAM1 engagement promotes the assembly of endothelial apical cups through ARHGEF26/SGEF and RHOG activation. [The UniProt Consortium]
