The Bovine IL13 (Interleukin-13) ELISA Kit accurately measures natural Bovine IL13 (Interleukin-13) levels quantified versus standard curves obtained and is based on antibodies raised against a recombinant Bovine IL13 (Interleukin-13) peptide. Protein function: Cytokine. Inhibits inflammatory cytokine production. Synergizes with IL2 in regulating interferon-gamma synthesis. May be critical in regulating inflammatory and immune responses. Positively regulates IL31RA expression in macrophages. [The UniProt Consortium]
