A Disintegrin And Metalloprotease 8 (ADAM8) BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit (Human) is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of ADAM8 in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 6.25-400pg/ml, Sensitivity: 2.35pg/ml, Storage and Stability: Desiccation recommended. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20°C upon receipt. Store all other reagents at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt of order.
