Applications: , Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: FLISA: 1:10,000-1:50,000, Immunofluorescence Microscopy: 1:1000-1:5000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Absorption Wavelength: 495nm, Emission Wavelength: 528nm, Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 3.5moles FITC per mole of Rabbit IgG, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
