Recommended Dilution: Immunomicroscopy: 1:100-1:1000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Label: Cy5.29 (Cyanine 5.29-OSu). Molecular Weight: 975D. Absorption Wavelength: 650nm, Emission Wavelength: 667nm, Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: ~10-20 moles Cy5 per mole of goat IgG, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Cy5 conjugates are sensitive to light.
