Anti-IgG F(c) Peroxidase conjugated

Applications: , Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:6000-1:50,000. 1ug of canine IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA with ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT., Western Blot: 1:100-1:10,000, Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500, Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.
