Applications: , Suitable for use in FLISA (Fluorescent), Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: FLISA (Fluorescent): 1:10,000-:50,000, IF Microscopy: 1:1,000-1:5,000, Flow Cytometry: 1:500-1:2500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 2.6 moles FITC per mole of goat IgG F(ab')2, Absorption Wavelength: 495nm , Emission Wavelength: 528nm, Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
