Product Description: Phosphoinositide 3-kinase adapter protein 1 (PIK3AP1) is a crucial adaptor protein that plays an essential role in the signaling pathways of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K), particularly in immune cells. It contains several functional domains that facilitate interactions with various proteins involved in immune responses, including receptors and kinases. PIK3AP1 is involved in regulating cell survival, proliferation, and differentiation, particularly in lymphocytes, where it modulates signaling from the B-cell receptor and other surface receptors.
