Product Description: Leukocyte associated immunoglobulin like receptor 2 (LAIR2) is a soluble protein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily, encoded by the LAIR2 gene located in the leukocyte receptor cluster on chromosome 19q13.4. Structurally, LAIR2 consists of a single Ig-like domain closely resembling that of LAIR1, but unlike LAIR1, it lacks transmembrane and intracellular signaling domains, making it a circulating, extracellular protein.
