Product Description: Immunoglobulin lambda constant 2 (IGLC2) plays a crucial role in the immune response by enabling antigen binding and receptor interaction. This protein is primarily expressed by B lymphocytes and is essential for the formation of antibodies, which are vital for humoral immunity. Structurally, IGLC2 consists of 151 amino acids and has a theoretical weight of approximately 16.02 kDa, facilitating its function in immune defense mechanisms. IGLC2 has been associated with various diseases, notably Autism Spectrum Disorder and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), where its expression levels correlate with patient prognosis and response to immunotherapy.
