Product Description: Ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 3 (ENTPD3), also known as CD39L3 or NTPDase-3, is an integral membrane protein encoded by the ENTPD3 gene. It belongs to the E-NTPDase family and hydrolyzes extracellular nucleotides, particularly ATP, ADP, UTP, and UDP, with a threefold preference for ATP and UTP over ADP. ENTPD3 contains four apyrase-conserved regions and is activated by divalent metal ions like Ca2+ and Mg2+, playing a critical role in purinergic signaling by regulating extracellular nucleotide levels.
