Product Description: Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 13 (TNFSF13), commonly known as B-cell activating factor (BAFF), is a cytokine that plays a crucial role in the regulation of B-cell development and survival. It is primarily produced by various immune cells, including dendritic cells and macrophages, and acts by binding to three receptors: BAFF-R, TACI, and BCMA. This interaction promotes B-cell maturation, proliferation, and differentiation, making TNFSF13 essential for maintaining normal immune function.
