ABTS 1-Component HRP Microwell Substrate (SUBA)

ABTS 1-Component HRP Microwell Substrate is a ready-to-use solution containing 2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) in a mildly acidic buffer. This substrate is ideal for use in ELISAs where the detection level is in the µg-ng/mL range and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is the conjugated detection enzyme. ABTS 1-Component HRP Microwell Substrate is suitable for ELISAs where the test samples contain high concentrations of the target molecule or when it is advantageous to utilize lower sample dilution factors.
