Revitablot(TM) Western Blot Stripping Buffer is a uniquely formulated, ready-to-use reagent specifically designed for western blotting. Revitablot(TM) Western Blot Stripping Buffer is faster and more efficient at stripping of primary and secondary antibodies, including HRP and fluorescent labeled. Blots can be stripped multiple times for the repeated use of membranes. This solution can be used at room temperature. Only incubation of 5-20 minutes needed to strip the membrane. Revitablot(TM) Western Blot Stripping Buffer is gentle and effective on both nitrocellulose and PVDF western blot membranes.

Best for Western Blots!
This product performed exactly as described. We had previously used other vendors such as Pierce for Western Blot reagents, but we prefer the Rockland brand because it performs as well, if not better, than other brands. The Rockland reagent is less expensive as well. I highly recommend this reagent for general Western Blot needs.
