Revitablot(TM) Western Blot Stripping Buffer is a uniquely formulated, ready-to-use reagent specifically designed for western blotting. Revitablot(TM) Western Blot Stripping Buffer is faster and more efficient at stripping of primary and secondary antibodies, including HRP and fluorescent labeled. Blots can be stripped multiple times for the repeated use of membranes. This solution can be used at room temperature. Only incubation of 5-20 minutes needed to strip the membrane. Revitablot(TM) Western Blot Stripping Buffer is gentle and effective on both nitrocellulose and PVDF western blot membranes.
